Main responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the technological infrastructure (hardware, software, networks and security);
- Diagnosing and resolving IT issues, promoting continuous improvement;
- Licence management (O365 and other Group software);
- Management and negotiation of communication networks (mobile, data, fixed);
- Provide training and technical support to internal departments.
Candidate profile:
- Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field;
- Knowledge of cyber security and NIS2;
- Experience in network, infrastructure and IT security management;
- Knowledge of databases and systems integration;
- Analytical and solution oriented;
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valued skills (plus):
- Experience in overseeing and implementing ERP projects (Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, PHC, SAP);
- Knowledge and experience of building small applications in PowerApps or similar platforms;
- Familiarity with RGPD and implementation of cyber security regulations (NIS2);
- Experience of BI tools, data analysis and systems integration;
- Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud);
- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java);
- Experience of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
