Main responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining the technological infrastructure (hardware, software, networks and security);
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues, promoting continuous improvement;
  • Licence management (O365 and other Group software);
  • Management and negotiation of communication networks (mobile, data, fixed);
  • Provide training and technical support to internal departments.

 

Candidate profile:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field;
  • Knowledge of cyber security and NIS2;
  • Experience in network, infrastructure and IT security management;
  • Knowledge of databases and systems integration;
  • Analytical and solution oriented;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

 

Valued skills (plus):

  • Experience in overseeing and implementing ERP projects (Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, PHC, SAP);
  • Knowledge and experience of building small applications in PowerApps or similar platforms;
  • Familiarity with RGPD and implementation of cyber security regulations (NIS2);
  • Experience of BI tools, data analysis and systems integration;
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud);
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java);
  • Experience of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
