Networking event focused on automation and digitalisation in the sector
Amid a complex economic and social conjuncture, where concerns about climate change are critical, addressing the challenges faced by the oil & gas industry is imperative. It was in this context that the BGS Group organised AUTOMA 2024 – Oil & Gas Automation and Digitalisation Congress.
Held over three days, from October 14th to 16th, in Düsseldorf, Germany, the event brought together 180 companies and around 380 professionals, offering an exclusive platform to discuss process optimisation, waste reduction, and the promotion of sustainable practices within the industry.
Featuring a panel of speakers from leading companies actively engaged in production and distribution of Oil & Gas – including EPCs, refineries, pipeline operators, and equipment and solution providers – the congress fostered reflection on innovations, trends, and new research related to digital and technological advancements in the sector.
Catari’s participation in the congress, focusing on the presentation of our engineering solutions and the new generation of Catari US® – multidirectional system, provided a unique opportunity to showcase scaffolding solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the oil and gas industry. This is a commitment we proudly uphold, addressing the market’s demands for safety and efficiency while exploring new collaborations with decision-makers and strategic partners in the sector.
We extend our gratitude to all the partners we had the pleasure of engaging with over these three days, and a special thank you to the organising company — BGS Group — for the opportunities provided and their excellent organisation and conduct throughout the congress.
With a focus on a more sustainable present, we are confident in our ability to serve this industry globally, alongside the key international players.
