Key roles and responsibilities

Project and process development:

  • Diagnosing current people management processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation, and redesigning processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of these processes;
  • Managing these projects, using agile methodologies and process management tools to ensure the effective implementation of change and innovation.

Implementing innovation strategies:

  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimise recruitment, selection, development, retention and talent management processes.

Recruitment and selection:

  • Coordinate the entire recruitment and selection process;
  • Managing the process of hiring and integrating new employees.

Administrative management:

  • Managing salary processing, employment law issues and contract management;
  • Calculating and analysing KPIs related to people management;
  • Managing attendance and adherence to established schedules;
  • Managing the occupational health system.

Communication and corporate culture:

  • Develop and coordinate organisational communication initiatives and social activities;
  • Promote and maintain an organisational culture of innovation and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
  • External representation of the company in the field of human resources.

Developing HR policies and strategies:

  • Creating and implementing people management policies that support the organisation’s business strategies and promote an inclusive and productive work environment.

Training and Development:

  • Plan and deliver training and development programmes that support the talent management strategy, focusing on the development of key competencies for innovation and continuous improvement.

Evaluate and promote equity and motivation in human resources:

  • Participate in the evaluation of human resources to promote pay equity;
  • Evaluate the motivation of human resources.

ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance):

  • Mission to implement an ESG and HR strategy based on sustainability and governance policies, with innovative human resources management processes based on digital platforms to improve technological training, productivity, career planning and, above all, valuing the balance between personal and professional effort.

Strategic objectives:

  • Develop innovative processes to manage and grow the internal structure and talent search & recruitment;
  • Develop digital and paperless applications for faster and real-time support, in particular the Digital HR Management Platform, HR Policy, Ethics and Governance Manual;
  • Promoting sustainability processes and ensuring equality, as well as creating environmental management processes.

 

Profile

Educational background:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related field.

Work experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior people management role;
  • Relevant experience in large organisations and/or specialist consultancies (preferred).

Specific knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preferably PowerBI and Nav;
  • Experience of agile methodologies and process management tools;
  • Experience of implementing innovative and effective people management policies.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Goal oriented with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Other requirements:

  • A proactive attitude and proven experience in process management, innovation and organisational change.
