Catari FL
Catari FL is a low-cost modular scaffolding system, ideal for light work on façades, designed to be low-cost without compromising on safety and durability. Made from high-strength steel, the system is galvanised, making it more durable than traditional painted scaffolding systems.
The ergonomic shape of the narrower frames reduces the total weight per square metre, boosting the performance of fitters on site. The smaller size of the modules, together with lighter guardrails and thinner platforms, reduces storage and transport costs. A competitive alternative in terms of both price and functionality.
With a reduced portfolio of parts, the main components of the Catari FL are available in two sizes, optimising adaptation to the façades.
A system calculated for class 3 according to the EN 12811 standard, designed for light construction work, which will enhance the performance of the system’s workers and end users.

Secure workflow
Catari FL promotes a balance between a narrow but safe work area and minimal space, allowing freedom of movement for work in progress. Integrating simple locking functionalities, the system guarantees intuitive and fast assembly. Once the frames have been assembled, the railings can be fitted without the need for any tools - with a simple rotational movement this component is installed - as well as the toeboards, which are fitted by slide-in into the lower area, simply and securely. Access decks allow workers to move between different floors, minimising the risk of falls. When necessary, the integrated ladder can be folded down so that work can be carried out freely.

This scaffolding system has been developed to meet the needs of small builders who usually carry out masonry or painting work on low-rise façades, as well as access to residential roofs.
Due to its size, shape and weight, the Catari FL is easy to assemble and transport, taking up little storage space. These characteristics make it ideal for small-scale projects and jobs that require mobility, as it can be transported in light commercial vehicles and stored in small facilities.

All the components of the Catari FL are, without exception, made of galvanised steel: modules, guardrails, toeboards and platforms, making it a financially advantageous choice when compared to painted scaffolding, as it is a more durable product.
In addition, galvanised scaffolding is low-maintenance, i.e. it doesn’t require additional costs for repainting or refinishing, whereas painted scaffolding depreciates rapidly due to wear and tear. All these factors make galvanised scaffolding a more economical choice in the medium to long-term.

With a footprint of 2 metres high and 0.6 metres wide, Catari FL guarantees a comfortable working space. FL module scaffolding offers remarkable simplicity with a reduced number of parts and intuitive assembly, making it the ideal system for façade work up to 30 metres high.
