With 93 flats and 16 shops and galleries, this space will be completely integrated into the urban landscape. The entire façade of this residential and commercial complex has been clad with the Catari FA-48® system, covering a total of 13,000 m².
Located in an area of the city centre with a large influx of people, the application of scaffolding took place in complete safety, and the project includes passageways for pedestrians, with protection against falling debris that could jeopardise the safety of the public highway.
