Are you an accounting and administration specialist? We’re looking for you! 

 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • General accounting: Managing assets, invoices, salaries, visas, cash and banks; 
  • Sales invoicing: Managing the entire invoicing cycle; 
  • Inventory control: Manage incoming and outgoing notes and analyse stock levels in detail; 
  • Construction completion reports: Generate financial and management reports in Excel; 
  • Time recording and holiday management: Monitoring hours worked and dealing with holiday requests from staff; 
  • Daily departmental tasks: Assisting with the daily functions of the administration and finance department. 

 

Ideal profile: 

  • Administrative-accounting-financial professional with solid experience; 
  • Proven experience in administrative departments. 

 

Other requirements: 

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory); 
  • Intermediate to advanced accounting skills (mandatory); 
  • Proven experience in financial administration; 
  • Own car (required); 
  • Residence close to place of work (appreciated).
